Our efficient individual tax service is paperless! It starts with collecting information from you using our secure client portal. You are presented with an electronic checklist to complete, which you return through your portal to one of our qualified accountants to review. They may contact to clarify some things. Otherwise, they will proceed with preparing the return. We are not required to view any tax invoices that support items reported in the checklist. However, you are required by law to retain them for five years in the event of an ATO audit.
Our tax team will obtain from the ATO some vital information for your tax return, such as income, bank interest, dividend information where available, and private health insurance. Once completed, the tax return will be sent to you electronically via a link contained in an email. You then have the opportunity to review the tax return and contact our office should you have any questions. When satisfied, digitally sign the tax return we sent, and you will receive a PDF copy emailed to your inbox.
